The postponed finale of The Walking Dead season 10 is imminent. For months fans have been puzzling over how (and if) the Whisperer War will end and what new mysteries will bring Maggie's long-awaited return to the series.
As part of a preview special for the TV show Talking Dead, showrunner Angela Kang spoke about Maggie's return and also revealed a great mystery of the upcoming episode: Maggie Rhee is not returning alone.
The Walking Dead Season 10 Finale: Maggie returns with a new character
On October 5th, German The Walking Dead fans can finally see the 16th episode. Due to the corona pandemic, the (no longer) finale of the 10th season had to be postponed by several months. A trailer heated up the anticipation in April, which introduced a mysterious new character with an iron mask .
Angel Kang now gave some interesting information about the next episode and the 6 bonus episodes, which should start in spring 2021. Even if the identity of the enigmatic fighter remains a secret, Kang has already revealed that this is Maggie's bodyguard.
Now we know that Maggie will not return alone in the upcoming episode and may rescue her former comrades from sticky situations. Lauren Cohan also promised a touching reunion with Judith Grimes . So Maggie's return will be more emotional than expected.
